Day 1: Coastal Calm & Relaxation

    • 8:30 AM: Embark on a guided beach walk along the stunning coastline. Enjoy the fresh air, the sound of the waves, and the beauty of the natural surroundings. This could be a mindful walk, encouraging participants to connect with their senses and appreciate the present moment.

  • Afternoon:

    • 1:00 PM: Indulge in a relaxing afternoon at Banya, a traditional Russian spa. Enjoy the various saunas, steam rooms, and plunge pools. Relax with a massage or body treatment.

  • Evening:

    • 7:00 PM: Gather for a delicious and healthy group dinner. Enjoy locally sourced and organic cuisine, fostering a sense of community and connection.

Day 2: Cultural Immersion & Self-Reflection

  • Morning:

    • 7:00 AM: Start the day with another healthy and energizing breakfast.

    • 8:30 AM: Embark on an Aboriginal nature walk guided by a local Indigenous elder. Learn about the traditional land management practices, Dreamtime stories, and the deep connection to the land.

  • Afternoon:

    • 1:00 PM: Enjoy some dedicated time for self-reflection. This could include journaling, meditation, or simply spending time in nature. A quiet corner in a beautiful garden or a secluded spot on the beach could be ideal for this.

  • Evening:

    • 7:00 PM: Gather for another delicious and healthy group dinner, sharing reflections and insights from the day.

Day 3: Sound Healing & Farewell
